Terms & Conditions
1. General Condition
Bon Voyage Air provides private air taxi and charter flight services within Georgia using a Cessna 206 aircraft. All bookings are subject to aircraft availability, weather conditions, and pilot discretion.
2. Weather Interruptions
If a flight is delayed, canceled, or diverted due to weather:
• Full refund or rebooking if the flight is canceled before takeoff.
• Partial charge may apply if the aircraft departs and returns to the origin.
• If diverted to another airport, full fare applies.
3. Booking & Cancellation
Client cancellations:
• 48 hrs before: 100% refund
• 24–48 hrs: 50% refund
• <24 hrs: No refund
Company cancellations (weather or technical):
• Full refund or rescheduling
4. Luggage & Weight Limitations
Cessna 206 has strict weight limits.
• Soft bags only, max ~15 kg per passenger
• Overweight items may be denied boarding
5. No-Shows & Late Arrivals
• No refund for no-shows
• If late by more than 30 mins, the flight may be canceled
6. Flight Delays
Delays due to fueling, weather, or safety may occur. We will notify the client and reschedule when needed.
7. Diversions
If the aircraft lands at a different airport for safety reasons:
• Original fare applies
• Bon Voyage Air will help organize ground transport
8. Conduct & Safety
Disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated
Crew decisions are final regarding flight continuation
9. Pets
Pets are allowed on private flights only with prior notice, in an approved carriers
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to war, political unrest, ATC issues, or natural disasters.
11. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via original payment method.
12. Acceptance
By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
